Explanatory Notes DAC AID PERFORMANCE
REFERENCE TABLES
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This publication contains the time series from which the
reference tables were prepared for the Statistical Annex of
the Development Assistance Committee's Annual Report. The
data is organised by types of financing corresponding to the
flow of financial resources from each DAC Member country as
well as the EEC to developing countries and multilateral
organisations for the last 20 years.
Also included is Official Development Assistance and total
flows expressed as percentages of GNP, as well as GNP,
population and GNP deflators of DAC Member countries to
deflate the series, taking into account the effect of price
and exchange rate variations.

latest edition of the Annual Report or the DAC Statistical
Reporting Directives.
